    • The Need For Service Centres

NTC Logistics India [P] Limited is the only logistics company in India that owns a vast fleet of varied dimensions besides state-of-the-art servicing facilities across India. In order to handle the ever-expanding logistics business needs in India, NTC had to regularly procure state-of-the-art vehicles and fabricate trailers, and add to its fleet strength. This entailed scheduled maintenance, topnotch servicing & upkeep, inspection & repairs and expeditious care of a vast fleet to ensure customer deliveries were on time. Thus the need for a sophisticated and dedicated service centre was identified & felt. Accordingly, service centres were planned and inaugurated in various places in due course of time. Today, there are seven such centres panning across India handling the vast maintenance & repair needs of the fleet. Some service centres have a bandwidth to handle fabrication and alteration of trailers to adapt to customers' unique needs.
