This ambitious project highlighted our ability to navigate the complexities of international logistics while ensuring seamless operations, even amid significant challenges.

One of the key hurdles encountered during transit was the timing of the Chinese New Year, which often leads to disruptions in supply chains due to factory closures and transportation delays. However, through coordinated efforts across multiple verticals—including Chartering, Freight Forwarding, and Customs—we demonstrated exceptional proficiency in planning and executing the entire operation. Our dedicated teams efficiently managed manpower resources, ensuring strict adherence to customs regulations to facilitate a smooth supply chain experience.

For one client, NTC undertook a port-to-port service for the transportation of Sinter Plant equipment from Tianjin, China, to Chennai, India. Initially planned as a single port operation, changes in the customer’s requirements necessitated a shift to multiple port operations. Our adaptability allowed us to successfully load a total of 41 packages onto the same vessel, transporting them from Shanghai Port, China, to Chennai, India, without compromising timelines or safety.

In another instance, we catered to door-to-door shipping of manufacturing machinery from Shanghai to Chennai. The logistical intricacies of this operation demanded meticulous expertise and precision, given the sensitive nature of the cargo.
