NTC Logistics has once again demonstrated its expertise in handling Over Dimensional Cargo (ODC) with the successful transportation of a Thermic Fluid Heater from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to Ranipet, Tamil Nadu, for our valued client, Thirumalai Chemicals. This specialized cargo, weighing 55 metric tonnes and measuring 8.7 meters in length, 5.28 meters in width, and 5.21 meters in height, required meticulous planning and precision execution to ensure safe delivery across a challenging 1,850-kilometer journey.

Given the massive dimensions and the weight of this Thermic Fluid Heater, a customized logistics plan was essential. Our team conducted a thorough analysis to select the most efficient route, accounting for road infrastructure, bridge clearances, and any regulatory approvals needed to accommodate such a large cargo. Using a 4+3 Goldhofer axle configuration with a drop-deck trailer, we ensured that the equipment remained stable and secure throughout the journey, optimizing both efficiency and safety for this specialized transport operation.
