NTC Logistics’ Project Logistics division proudly announces the successful on-time delivery of super-over-dimensional cargo for one of our esteemed clients. This remarkable undertaking involved the transportation of a DE Fractionator Column, measuring an impressive 45 meters in length, 5 meters in width, and 4.5 meters in height.

The transportation was executed using two 8-axle hydraulic modular trailers, complemented by a 15-meter intermediate frame, ensuring stability and security throughout the journey. Originating from Raipur at JSPL and destined for HRRL Pachpadra in Rajasthan, the 1,500-kilometer journey was not without its challenges. Our expert team adeptly navigated numerous obstacles, including turning radii, the removal of signboards, and maneuvering through roundabouts with oncoming traffic.

In addition to these logistical complexities, the operation required strategic planning for two railway shutdowns with three-way traction, necessitating meticulous coordination with railway authorities. Furthermore, the team faced an underpass excavation in the Khawasa, Madhya Pradesh Ghat section due to low vertical clearance, which added an extra layer of difficulty to the transport process.
