NTC Training Academy is dedicated to bridging the employability gap among rural youth through industry-relevant and practical training programs. Accredited by the International Accreditation Organization (IAO) and in partnership with the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC), the academy ensures that its courses meet global standards, preparing students to excel in both local and international markets. By identifying young people from rural backgrounds, including those with financial challenges or limited educational opportunities, we aim to give them a path toward stable and fulfilling careers.
This comprehensive 60-day program provides hands-on training in automotive skills, including basic computer applications, English proficiency, and aptitude development, ensuring a holistic education that emphasizes both technical knowledge and soft skills for career readiness.
