Logistics Redefined: Excellence in Every Mile

At NTC Logistics, we thrive on challenges, and our recent project was no exception. We successfully transported a substantial Isomer Column, weighing 75.5 MT, from Hazira to BPCL in Cochin, covering a total distance of 2,550 kilometers. This project is a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence in logistics, showcasing our ability to handle complex and oversized cargo with precision and care.

The Isomer Column measured 22.8 meters in length, 4.50 meters in width, and 5.0 meters in height, necessitating meticulous planning and execution. Our specialized vehicle, comprising a 4 + 3 axle configuration and a robust frame, was perfectly suited for the task, ensuring optimal support and stability during transport. The logistical journey was meticulously planned, addressing every detail to ensure compliance with safety regulations and to meet our client’s requirements.

From the moment the Isomer Column was loaded, our dedicated team executed a comprehensive plan that included route analysis, securing necessary permits, and coordinating with local authorities. This proactive approach helped us identify potential challenges along the route and develop effective solutions, ensuring the cargo remained secure throughout the journey.

Safety was paramount during this operation. Our Quality and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) experts implemented stringent safety protocols, ensuring that every precaution was taken to protect our crew and the cargo during transit.

As we celebrate the successful completion of this project, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to BPCL for their trust and collaboration. At NTC Logistics, we are committed to delivering innovative logistics solutions that exceed expectations.

Together, we continue to set new benchmarks in the industry, showcasing our capability to tackle even the most demanding projects with efficiency and expertise.
