With the ability to handle wind turbine blades over 72 meters, one of the largest in India, NTC Logistics performed the logistics of 38 Wind Turbines to Sri Lanka in 2020. The logistics for a large wind power project of 100 Megawatt generation capacity for the Ceylon Electricity Board in 2020. The project saw NTC Logistics and Everrenew strategically avoiding unusual challenges such as shallow sea berths, which would have made it difficult & prohibitively expensive to obtain environmental clearances, dredge, and build a jetty.

 

The project also involved the deployment of Pullers, Prime Movers, Hydraulic Axles, Extendable & Mechanical Trailers, Blade Adaptors for road movement and a fleet of heavy-duty cranes for material handling, all from Tamilnadu to Srilanka.
