The Q&EHS team plays a critical role in upholding these standards across the organization by managing & overseeing company-wide systems and ensuring strict adherence to Integrated Management System (IMS) frameworks.
Regular internal audits are conducted to ensure compliance with quality, environment, and occupational health & safety standards. Our specially developed Q&EHS Audit Tool enables standardized checks, and we promptly initiate corrective and preventive measures as needed to maintain and improve safety & quality processes.
Operational Discipline (OD) is the foundation of our quality and safety performance, demonstrated by the timely closure of corrective and preventive actions. We continuously evaluate technologies that support early detection of non-conformities, ensuring an efficient and proactive approach to maintaining operational safety.
