Successfully Transports Massive Drilling Shifts for Neom City Project
NTC Logistics continues to demonstrate its expertise in handling complex logistics projects, setting new benchmarks in efficiency and precision. Recently, in partnership with FAT Logistics in Saudi Arabia, our team successfully transported four massive foundation drilling shifts for the ambitious Neom City project. These shifts, each weighing over 17 tons and measuring 19 meters in length, were moved from Dammam Sea Port to the Neom construction site, covering a challenging 2,100 kilometers.
Despite the significant size of the cargo, our team ensured that every aspect of the transportation process was meticulously planned and executed, adhering to all required safety protocols and regulations. The journey, which spanned seven days, involved navigating through diverse terrains, highways, and strict checkpoints, all while maintaining the integrity of the cargo. This accomplishment is a testament to our commitment to providing end-to-end project logistics solutions, no matter how complex the task.
This isn’t the first time NTC Logistics has undertaken such a formidable task. Last year, we successfully transported four similar foundation drilling shifts for the same project, establishing our capability and trustworthiness in delivering critical infrastructure components for large-scale projects like Neom City. The experience gained from the previous operation enabled us to optimize the process further this time, ensuring even smoother execution.
